Now we all know how offices can sometimes be, a war zone. It’s not that anymore is trying to make it that way but different attitudes sometimes cause small events to turn the office into a cold war. There is nothing you can really do to change it. Besides get the H.R. department involved and then get out of the way.
Tempers will cool and the events that caused the problem will fade away. People need to let their emotions subside when they are at work. Sometimes things need to happen that will look like they may be against you but they are the good of the companies and not against you. Ok, this is the end of my personal office PSA! heh
